SLEEP TIGHT
The moon shines brightly on a secluded house on the outskirts of a big city. Through a window, we see the silhouette of a man who turns off the lights. Suddenly, a creature steps out of the black night, slowly but surely creeping toward the house. It enters the modern apartment and sneaks quietly into the bedroom, where the man lies in bed, unsuspecting.

Tobias Sodeikat, Malte Pell, Jonas Potthoff
Malte Pell, Jonas Potthoff and Tobias Sodeikat are among the first VFX students at the University of Television and Film Munich (HFF), having begun their studies in 2020. SLEEP TIGHT is their first fully animated short film. Although they hail from different parts of Germany — Bavaria, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and North Rhine-Westphalia — and have been educated in different ways, all three of them have been making short films from an early age and have always known that this was their calling. They also share the same passion for storytelling and worldbuilding through visuals, with a focus on animation and visual effects.
