HFF Special 1

This HFF Special carries us off — for example, to the untouched mountainous landscapes of Argentina. There, Flora is forced to take notice of how the natural basis of her people’s livelihood is being destroyed. Meanwhile, two aging revolutionaries have created their very own utopia on a deserted island. The curiosities and conflicts of middle-class (sub)urban life are the subject of two films in which plastic plays a central part, though in very different ways. To be carried far off, up and away to an orbiting space station, is what a young man wants. But in order to get to the place he desires, some dancing is required.
