Puberty is not an easy time. Ella realizes this when she discovers the pleasures of her own body by touching herself in the shower. Thus begins a journey into a fantastical world, a journey in which she frees herself of anxiety and shame and becomes a woman.

Meet the director
Tamar Kharitonov, Rotem Ezra
Rotem Ezra studied animation at Sapir College and specializes in 3-D animation. Her animated documentary film MARGINS (2018), which she also made with Tamar Kharitonov, deals with the issue of homelessness. In 2020, her film RELICS earned second prize at the Climate Clip Awards at FILMSCHOOLFEST MUNICH.
Tamar Kharitonov studies animation at Sapir College and specializes in classical 2-D animation. Her animated documentary film MARGINS (2018), which she also made with Rotem Ezra, has been screened at numerous festivals.
