Victorian College of the Arts
The VCA School of Film and Television, established in 1966, is Australia's premier film school. As one of five schools at the VCA, it offers the following degrees and diplomas: a three-year Bachelor of Film and Television, a two-year Master of Film and Television, a one-year Graduate Diploma in Film and Television (Narrative, Animation, Documentary, Visual Effects), as well as a number of non-credit courses. The VCA School of Film and Television trains students to a professional level in producing motion picture programs of a high artistic and technical standard. Students also gain a broad understanding of the motion picture industry and the history and development of world cinema.
