COMET

Five blond children are jumping around on the balcony of an apartment building high above Warsaw and spitting cherry pits over the railing. They are bored and waiting for their mom to come home. She’s in the hospital giving birth to child number six. What else will they get up to while they wait impatiently? Affectionately captured moments from the children’s point of view illustrate the value of parental love at a stage in life when the mother is the center of a child’s universe.
