Respekt!-Tag: Dominante Systeme – Neue Allianzen

As part of the nationwide “Day of Respect”, a German-language discussion/debate titled “Dominante Systeme – Neue Allianzen” will be held on Tuesday, November 16, from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. in the AudimaxX of the HFF with Julia von Heinz (HFF professor and writer-director of AND TOMORROW THE ENTIRE WORLD), Dr. Emilia Roig (founder of the Center for Intersectional Justice), Dr. Julia Effertz (actress, intimacy coordinator), and Lavinia Lazar (relationship and sexuality coach) in the AudimaxX. Moderator: Stephanie Müller.

What it’s about:

Our culture needs to change! We need a transformation aimed at more empowerment, inclusion, and true diversity in our institutions. Nice goals, but how to achieve them? Why is it that we often manage to formulate good intentions, but find it so difficult to put them into practice? Who bears the responsibility for this? Each individual? Executives? Politicians? What we can gain by combining a shift in consciousness with real change will be the subject of our discussion/debate.
