That old enemy, the bathroom scale! When a girl’s pants get too tight, she decides to stop eating. Her dream of the “perfect” body seems to be within reach when an unusual angel invites her to Slimbuttlandia. There, all the skinny buttangels seem to live happy lives. But the deity they worship is more than intimidating. Director Yelyzaveta Pysmak uses striking yellow visuals and a grandiose retro computer game scene to question society’s ever-present obsession with beauty.
