TORCH

Fifteen-year-old Noga, who lives in Jerusalem, lost her father in a terrorist attack. On Memorial Day, she and her mother go on a journey that ends at the annual torch-lighting ceremony at the local community center. The torch that she lights will be her voice, and her act of rebellion.

Odeya Rosenak

Odeya Rosenak was born in Jerusalem in 1991. She began her studies at the Sam Spiegel Film & TV School, Jerusalem, in 2012. In 2015, she wrote and directed her first film WILD. TORCH is her graduation film.
