BLESSINGS
Julia Vuorinen is a 16-year-old girl who uses social media as any other teenager in the 21st century. Her smartphone is an important part of her daily routine, from waking up in the morning till going to bed at night. This documentary follows Julia’s day and observes what kind of a content she browses in social media and how it influences her life. BLESSINGS tells a story of a person who could easily be any one of us these days. A glimpse of reality reflected in the life of a sixteen-year-old girl and the modern world.

Lisa Myllymäki
Lisa Myllymäki was born 13th of March 1991 in Finland. BLESSINGS is her debut documentary film, which embodies her curiosity towards different phenomena and the world surrounding her. In addition to film, Lisa has experience in marketing and communications. Lisa is currently studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in cinematography and editing at Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
