In a colorful factory, cheese is shaped, cut, washed, powdered and wrapped, only to end up in the trash — but at least it was made with affection. This film highlights the hypocrisy and naivety of the supposedly environmentally conscious consumer. More than 90% of the film set was built from recycled packaging and scraps of material.

Meet the director
Alina Saltheim, Céline Ahlbrecht, Ins Meyer
Alina Saltheim, Ins Meyer, and Céline Ahlbrecht were born between 1994 and 1996. They all study object and spatial design at the University of Applied Sciences Dortmund. In the course of their studies, the three discovered their passion for scenography and set design and were involved in the outfitting of more than twenty student and external film productions. Since 2019 they have been freelancing as scenographers for film and television, escape rooms, and theater productions.
