LISTEN TO MY VOICE
A mother and daughter attempt to rebuild their relationship, which fell apart in the shadow of childhood trauma. Armed with a camera, the director returns to her childhood home in search of recognition. Between bags of clothes, the generation and memory gaps are revealed. Despite the geographical and mental distance between them, they share a common desire for love and closeness.

Zohar Orian Cohen
Zohar Orian Cohen grew up on the outskirts of Haifa in a traditional Jewish family of Tunisian origin. She completed her study of film at Sapir College, where she applied her interest in biographical stories and family relations. She uses documentary realism to focus on people of low cultural status.
