THROUGH GLOOM
At first glance, loquacious cab driver Leonas and his young passenger, Livija, seem to have absolutely nothing in common. Their conversation during a nighttime drive through the desolate Lithuanian countryside is as halting as one would expect. When Livija asks to make a stop, however, an unexpected alliance develops between the two. The setting and laconic narrative style make THROUGH GLOOM seem like an episode from Jim Jarmusch’s NIGHT ON EARTH.
- Duration: 21 min.
